Becoming a therapist has been born from my deep-seated desire to help people flourish and discover their full potential. My philosophy has been shaped, not only from academic understanding, but also through profound personal experiences that led me to recognize that true healing stems from a holistic approach that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. My academic journey began in music, where I obtained my Higher National Diploma. Music served as my escape and emotional release, which led me to discover music therapy, revealing a more suitable path for me. This new direction inspired me to complete my Higher National Certificate in Counselling and earn my Counselling Skills Certificate. I then advanced my studies and obtained my degree in Psychology (BSc hons). Since graduating, I have pursued further education in mental health therapy, earning my Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD) and my Diploma in Advanced and Clinical Hypnotherapy (Dip CAH). I am now focused on enhancing my skills with a Practitioner Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (PCNP) and exploring hypnotherapy for kids to support their life transformation.
